The Alister Project (TAP)Biography
The Alister Project (aka TAP) concept was born after Liverpool band 'Ohio Rain' disbanded back in 1998. Alister (singer/songwriter) moved from his home town Liverpool to live in Las Vegas to further develop the idea of creating music which is truly free from any genre and being labelled.
At the start of 2007 Alister made the decision to team up with Tillerman to help launch their new concept of business which mirrored his beliefs about the difficult plight of the artist. Alister said "this is a real chance for all serious artists to have the freedom they need to create without being suppressed by the pressure of the mainstream industry, whilst still benefiting from the advantages and opportunities associated with a record deal"
Back in September The Alister Project pre-released 'Don't Stop' as a single download ahead of their latest album 'Your Ticket'. For every download of this single Tillerman Records will donate 20p to 'Your Penny Tree', the charity of the people.
As released on the Tillerman Records label, 'Your Ticket' (together with all future album releases) features a unique embedded ticket, granting the user exclusive access to content and our prize draw competitions. Register yours today!
