  • Tillerman is a new label and TAP is currently the only artist featured on the site, stay tuned for more.
  • what music genres are you looking for, can i send you a demo?top
  • Absolutely! We are currently accepting demos via post or email, see our contact section for info. Genre is a word we don't use at Tillerman, if your music is good we'll listen to it.
  • what are your shipping options?top
  • UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class and all shipments outside of the UK are dispatched via DHL or FedEx. A signature may be required on delivery. Shipping methods may vary.

    Shipping is calculated automatically in our shopping basket. Shipping location and of course your basket items and quantities will determine the shipping cost.
  • do you accept orders from outside of the uk?top
  • Yes, we can accept orders from most places on Earth!

  • my confirmation email has not arrived, how can i log in?top
  • Please ensure that you have checked all of your email folders including any junk/spam folders. To avoid emails from our site being mistaken for junk/spam in future, please add tillermanrecords.com to your email 'safe senders' list or 'white list'.

    Some email providers use extreme email filtering which can result in genuine email being blocked. If you still have not received your email after a day or so, please contact your email provider (usually your Internet Service Provider) and ask them to add tillermanrecords.com to their email 'white list'.

    To re-send your confirmation email, simply enter your details at the login section then click the re-send confirmation email link.

    If you entered your email address incorrectly during registration, please contact us to change it.

  • Yes, you must have cookies enabled on your browser in order to use this site. Cookies are small files which we use to store data about your preferences and session details etc.

  • Yes, we have some sections of the site that make use of JavaScript such as this Help section. However, the site will still function with JavaScript disabled. We recommend that JavaScript is enabled for optimum viewing.
  • is this site secure?top
  • Of course and like most secure sites, we use 128 Bit SSL encryption whenever your sensitive data is input or displayed, for example when logging into and using your account or when placing an order. SSL ensures that any information sent between your computer and our server is encrypted making it extremely difficult for external sources to intercept.

    For quick visual reference and added piece of mind we display a padlock image prominently on all of our secure pages.

  • how do i unsubscribe from your mailing list?top
  • Each email sent via our lists contain an unsubscribe link, simply click to unsubscribe from that list.

    Alternatively, log in to your account and click Communication Options in the Preferences section, make your changes and then click proceed.
  • why doesn't the 'remember me' option remember my password when i log in?top
  • This is by design. The remember me option will only remember your email address. For maximum security we require that you enter your password every time you log into your account.

    We also strongly recommend that when you exit the site you use the log out facility located on the upper right of each page (only available if you are logged in). This is especially important when using public computers such as those in libraries, internet cafés and the like.

  • how can i close my account?top
  • If you wish to close your account, please email your request via the Contact section of the website.

    Note: once an account is closed your email address will be removed from all mailing lists and all registered tickets will also be removed.
Tickets | Exclusive Content | Competitions
  • are tickets transferable?top
  • At present it is not possible to transfer tickets to other accounts, we do however plan on adding a ticket transfer facility in the future.
  • why does my cd not start when i put it into my computer?top
  • Please check the Readme file included on the disc for specific info. All of our CD albums are designed to be cross-platform (pc and mac compatible), if you experience any problems accessing or registering your ticket please email us via the Contact section of the website for assistance.
  • do all albums include a ticket?top
  • Yes, every Tillerman CD album includes a unique embedded ticket. Tickets are not included with downloadable albums or other, none-album releases.
  • can i add more tickets to my account?top
  • Indeed you can. Add tickets, increase your chance of winning a prize in our competitions!
  • what is exclusive content?top
  • Exclusive content is content only accessible using an associated ticket. Exclusive content varies and can change at any time without notice.
  • how do i access exclusive content?top
  • You must be logged in to access exclusive content. Once you have registered one or more tickets, exclusive content associated with those tickets is automatically enabled as long as the afore mentioned tickets remain valid and registered to your account.
  • i'm a ticket owner, when is the next prize draw competition?top
  • Our competition schedule varies. Notice of all upcoming events etc is posted via the website and also provided in our email newsletters.

  • why do you give half of your profit away in prizes?top
  • Because we would be nothing without all of the loyal music buyers and artist fans out there. The Tillerman Concept is one in which we put our money where our mouth is!
  • Is it true that Tillerman has set up a charity?top
  • It certainly is, we set up YOUR PENNY TREE as a charity of the people. Of, as in you (the donors), decide where and how the charity should distribute its resources. We have an overview of the charity available here.
  • i would like to get involved in 'your penny tree,' where do i start?top
  • Great! We'll inform you right here at Tillerman when the charity is ready for action. In the meantime the website is currently being developed at www.yourpennytree.com, please head over there for all of the latest news and info.
